I am located in the northeastern united states seventy miles sounth of montreal quebec, fifty miles east of the vermont border in new york state. People travel 40 miles to a local american indian reservation to buy cigaretts and gasoline at tax discounted prices. It's a rural area where one must travel up to 40 miles in any direction to shop.
